After registration is final each semester, the institutional and federal grants are disbursed. You will see your anticipated loan proceeds on your statement during this preliminary time, net of any lender's fees. Until registration, all financial aid is applied in preliminary status only. Late Fees: Any account not enrolled in a payment plan or satisfied by August 15 th in the fall and January 15th in the spring, is subject to a $100 late fee.
